Rosendo simply did a fine job for us, making repairs to our roof. We had a good leak around the skylight showing up in the last heavy rains. He was able to find time to assess, provide quote and complete repairs before the next storm hit. The attention detail was excellent; price and quality of work were on the mark. We have an older roof that is not quite ready to be replaced yet but will be sooner than later. When it is time, we will call Rosendo.

Rosendo showed up on time to perform his repair estimate. Discussed throughly what repair work that he projected to perform. His estimate was very fair in price for all the work to be performed. Rosendo arrived at the 8:00am the following day, as agreed, with his 2 works- his 2 brothers and completed the repairs to our leaky roof. Rosendo also took photos of each phase of the roof repair which he shared with me immediately. All the work was performed professionally and he cleaned all debris and left my roof way cleaner than when he started. He even did extra work that I didn’t expect him to do, for no extra charge.
