Chelsea and Kekoa were a delight to meet and do business with. Chelsea handled the scheduling and confirmed with texts and Kekoa arrived on time and did an excellent job washing our panels. They both had all the answers to the questions I had about options. Both very friendly and we immediately felt we could trust them. I will hire them again when I need our panels washed.

A must hire buisness!
From the moment I contacted, Happy sun, I knew I was in good hands. Chelsea and Kekoa were incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. When Kekoa arrived to my home, he was prompt, kind, and professional. He was able to remove YEARS of grime and dirt from my roof and made sure all the walk ways and driveway were rinsed off leaving my home looking so bright and clean. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer a discount on the first job. We offer locked in discounts for reoccurring service contracts. We will match or beat any price. We offer steep discounts for bundling services like window washing, pressure, washing, roof, washing, and gutter cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a quote, we arrive and perform a pre-site video inspection. We then film the job with time lapse camera. Once complete, we send the preside inspection and the time lapse footage of the work for the customers approval. At that point we sent over an invoice via text or email that can be paid with any payment method.
