Introduction
I offer private yoga to anyone in the Encinitas/North County area who is interested in shifting not only their physical fitness level but also their mind/body connection.
I have had lots of experience with private students and lots of time in a yoga room.
I don't think you have to be Gumby to practice yoga, and I am definitely not hyper flexible myself. However, I believe yoga is a powerful tool, and I am grateful to share it with others.
My pricing is negotiable, but I think it's very reasonable. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
