I wish I could add more categories to include professionalism and honesty. Response time was impeccable. Communication was easy and accessible. Ivan the technician was an expert repair person and found our issue immediately. Parts had to be ordered and a return visit and it was smooth, easy and stayed within the budget they provided. Ivan was patient with me, I was late meeting him at my place and he explained and literally showed me what was wrong with our washer. He also came back a third time because I needed reassurance. Amazing customer service, fair pricing, attentive and kind. A rarity in this world!

I had an experience that left me with a huge smile on my face! I recently moved into a new apartment and the washer and dryer was not serviced. Ivan came within 24 hrs to repair the parts and even kindly cleaned out the lint trap of my dryer. I will be keeping his number on hand for all future needs.
