Ivan came to help with our dishwasher, and ended up helping with other things we had to fix around the house. I called him last minute and he came within less than two hours. Our dryer was suddenly running very loudly. Repair person, Ivan, arrived on time, wore disposable booties into house, knew how to fix dryer, explained repair, then efficiently did so. Dryer works normally again. He even consulted, for free, on a problem with our stove. Will be setting up another appointment for stove repair.

Please, if you need a professional technician that is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and has years of experience fixing Viking ovens do not hesitate a second to call this company and ask for this wonderful man his name is Leo. I had called two other companies before this one and they had send their technicians claiming that they were knowledgeable with Viking ovens and none could solved the issue that I had with my oven and their prices were outrageously high. I contacted Smile Appliance Repair and within a couple of hours they were able to give me a fair estimate for the job and send Leo to fix my oven. Leo , came fixed the oven in 30 min and he also fixed the part that the other technicians had damaged . I most definitely recommend Smile Appliance Repair amazing service at affordable prices.
