Ilya is very professional and quick to answer my questions. He patiently explained the situation and remedies. After the emergency solution to my leaky roof, he gave me an estimate to repair the ridges and replace the vents. The estimate is reasonable so he’s going to do the repair this week weather permitting. I will do a follow up review after the final roof repair is done with photos.

The best! We had a serious leak in the middle of the night and Sebastian cane through like a knight in shining armor! He saved our store (which is full of antiques and very expensive furnishings). We could not have been happier. And today, after lots of rain, not a single drop inside! Its scary calling a random stranger at midnight and Sebastian was so transparent and professional it took a lot of the stress off of us. He sent videos of the issues and photos once he was done. I will definitely be keeping him on speed dial —but may never need him now that everything is repaired!

Great communication. Ilya went above and beyond with the work and the repairs were cheaper than I expected. We will have them back to do our gutters and eventually a new roof.

I noticed a crack on my flat roof seems, Llya from Samson roofing responded quickly and came to inspect the very next day. He arrived and early, punctual and very professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client is called by the office to schedule an appointment with all decision makers. Project manager will give a thorough roof inspection and consultation approximately 30-45min. Our project managers than leave a price for you to discuss.
