Introduction
We are, all of us, unique. As are the reasons we begin our fitness journeys. No matter where you begin, the point is to start - start moving, start learning, start listening to your body and start believing that you can do this. As a trainer, I will be your personal workout and nutrition Sherpa. I will introduce you to, and get you well acquainted with, the Holy Fitness Trio: Conditioning. Resistance. Diet. We will CONDITION you to perform at a higher level. With RESISTANCE we will make you stronger. We will demystify DIET and have you eating delightful, healthy foods. Every client is different and, thus, has different needs. My past and current clients have ranged from teenagers to Octogenarians, men and women and both experienced and complete beginners. I look forward to chatting with you and helping to get you to the place you want to be!

Best trainer I've ever had. I'm postpartum and my partner wants to lose weight. We have tried several personal trainers before (4 or 5 each!) and Mike is by far the best trainer we have had. We give him the facts and he's able to create a solid plan to meet our goals. He uses nutrition and sessions along with workout plans outside of our sessions to make sure we stay on track. He never shames if we step off course, but simply readjusts and goes at our individual paces. I recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly makes an impact.

Every session is both challenging and enjoyable. We are seriously funny about keeping fit. Unlike many trainers, Michael comes prepared with a program that is specific for me. He is aware of physical issues I have and works to improve the condition without stressing it unduly. Love working with him.

Michael with Body Performance Fitness was and continues to be exceptional. At the beginning of our sessions in May of 2020, I weighed in at 247lbs. With diet and personally tailored sessions with Michael am I currently 197lbs, a full 50 pounds from where I started. The quality of the workouts coupled with knowledge and professionalism provided exactly what I needed.
