Rates will vary due to: -solo/duo/group training -weekday/weekend Included with my services are: -Programming that is personalized for you. It starts with our intake together, but it will grow and change as you certainly will. -Monthly measurements and check-ins/reassessments. If the work isn't getting you where you want to be, we change things up. -Nutrition guidance. I'm great at this. If you have the will to keep a three day food diary and the commitment to learning more about macronutrients and what you put in your body, I can make sure that your reach your goals: whether they be lose weight, put on size or anything in between. -Offline exercise/programming advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an intake process that takes between 15-20 minutes. We'll talk about your goals, injuries, surgeries, fitness likes/dislikes and nutrition. The best way for me to help you is to take this time to understand where you're coming from and where you'd like to go. You won't pay a dime for this time we spend together before your first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with certifications in both NCCPT (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers) and ISSA (International Sports Science Association)
