Hey, I'm Michael & I'm a 10+ year Personal Trainer from England. I'm incredibly approachable, educated and fun. Your goals quickly become mine as we work together.
My speciality is making nutrition simple but incredibly effective. I'm a qualified nutritionist and have a strong passion for accelerating results through food.
My training ethos uses an evidence-backed approach whilst keeping it fun and varied. Getting strong, lean, happy and healthy is my number goal for you.

Michael was so understanding of my individual needs and listened to what I felt I needed. Suffering with daily pain from arthritis and FND I had nearly given up on been able to have an active lifestyle again but in the past 3 months of working with him I have lost inches and lbs but gained massively in confidence and self belief again. If I have a bad day, he picks me back up and gets me right back at it. His flexible approach to nutrition and diet is such a breath of fresh air!! I never feel hungry or deprived of my favourite foods. I have tons more energy, sleep better and generally cope with day to day life so much more. I can’t wait to see what my results from the next 3 months will be!! Michael’s knowledge about nutrition and exercise is outstanding! His passion and enthusiasm is just so infectious. Michael ensures he understands what are the targets you want to achieve, and sets realistic goals along the journey…checking in and giving guidance and advice along the way-making you feel as if it is a partnership rather than a transaction!
His knowledge not only on PT/Training is exceptional and his extensive insight to nutrition and understanding of the human body cycles is immense!
He puts you at ease from the beginning and takes pride in your wins…I have gone from someone who detested the gym to getting excited to go and finally appreciating the impact to mental well-being!

Mike was my PT for about 3 years and I can honestly say that he has made a massive difference to my body shape and overall well being, it has been a different approach for me from previous PT’s and I’ve really enjoyed it, although it hasn’t always been easy! We have focused on building my strength and flexibility. As a result my body shape has massively changed. We also focus alot on nutrition and managing calories and protein which again has been a big shift for me. This has helped me lose weight and more importantly keep it all off.
Mike is always there for advice and help on top of the regular PT sessions and motivates you to keep going. I would definitely recommend him!

Mikey is the best, most supportive trainer ever. His programme has enabled me to lose weight and gain strength and flexibility without feeling deprived of anything. He’s helped me to understand so much more about food and nutrition. He makes you work hard- but it’s fun and gets results

Mike is an amazing PT. I was undertaking crossfit along side PT with Mike and he was helped me to progress with so many skills including gymastics and Olympic lifting. Mike makes sessions fun and informative.
