With the recent rain, we noticed a few leaks where water was running down our chimney and coming through our lights on the porch. Found Arana through Nextdoor and sent a message, got an immediate response, and was able to send pictures to show what was going on. They came out the next day to take a look and that Saturday they were repairing the damage. Frank the installer was awesome, he explained everything to us and took pictures before, during, and after. He replaced the rotten wood, installed new shingles, and replaced the skirt for the chimney as well as sealed and painted all the vents. Everything was quick, and we are definitely satisfied with the quality of work from Arana Roofing and Frank.

I had a complete roof replacement of my house performed by Arana Roofing. I received other bids but I chose Arana for The following reasons: Contractor representative Sean, whom I met with for the estimate, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the roofing processes and materials. A very fair and reasonable price was negotiated, that I was very pleased with. Arana has a large enough crew to deploy among multiple jobs, and can accommodate customer schedule needs. They were able to start right away. And, an estimated completion time of approximately one week ( due to variability of response time from City inspectors). Sean is a man of his word. All aspects of the processes he described to me during the estimate process, resulted just as he indicated. There were no additional charges imposed during the process. As Sean said, “the price quoted is the price, no surprises”. At the completion of the roofing process, I met with Sean and the company owner Avi, again very professional and knowledgeable, to discuss rain gutters installation and attic insulation. Again, a vey fair and reasonable price was negotiated that I am very pleased with. The end result was a beautiful roof of excellent quality that completely transformed the look of the house, so much so, that I have received complements from my neighbors. The rain gutters also greatly enhance the look of the house, not to mention the functionality with heavy rains expected this season. And the insulation made a huge difference in regulating the inside temp of the house. I can not say enough of how glad I am that I chose Arana roofing, and how pleased I am with the results. Sorry this late review but your work has held up . In July of 2022, you repaired a roof leak I had and in doing so you showed me other repairs that needed to be done. This past winter your work held up with no issues. I am glad you made sure my roof would not have more leaks. I would recommend you to friend s and family.
