I had a great experience with Vincent. He answered a service call within minutes and was at my home within a few hours on a Sunday evening. I was not aware technicians would work these hours. Our LG washer was not functioning. He diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it on the spot for a fair price. We ultimately decided to buy a new washing machine as ours was older. He gave us the estimate if we changed our mind. He also checked on three other appliances in my home. He was able to clean two condenser coils on two refrigerators and figured out that a third refrigerator was functioning fine. He went above and beyond and really treated each problem thoroughly and made sure that each appliance was functioning well. He explained things clearly and well. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
