My dryer broke in the worst possible time. I would put laundry and get the same wet laundry at the end of the cycle, which is especially problematic with big items like bed linens. I needed it fixed ASAP. Ivan was able to show up the day I contacted him and the problem is solved now. I am relieved (had not such great experiences with handymen before) and will contact Ivan again.
