I was so impressed with Mark. I was anxious about hiring someone to login to my computer from cyberspace. However, Mark was very knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel very at-ease. His prices were reasonable, and his personality is great. Mark was very professional, great to work with, and most importantly, I will call him for all my computer service needs.

Mark always replies to my calls right away, and either helps me over the phone or schedules to come out as soon as possible, which is usually right away. He has been my computer tech for several years, and I hope he continues to do so for several more

I was impressed that during the 'booking', Mark gave me some suggestions to try at home so we could narrow down the possible problems. Other techs quoted an hourly rate and directed me to their websites. When none of the suggestions worked, he diagnosed what the problem might be and my options. I booked an appointment with him and fortunately, for me, he was available when it fit my schedule. He was on time, friendly, professional and was able to recover my lost data. Unfortunately, I will need to purchase a new laptop and he gave me suggestions on two manufacturers. He also added my older printer to the wireless network at my parents' home, making my life helping them a lot easier!
