Mark responded quickly and showed up exactly on time. He was very nice. Fixed my computer quickly and even did a lot of maintenance in my computer that needed to be done. I highly recommend and will be calling him again whenever I have a computer repair need.

Could not be happier with the attention and responsiveness that Mark provided. My 2010 Macbook trackpad was unstable and unusable. I spoke on the phone with Mark that same day where he was happily trying to suggest things I could do myself. We agreed to have Mark come to my place to sort it out. He arrived exactly on time (impressive!) and then took the necessary time to make sure everything was fixed to the best possible outcome (the MB has taken a beating over the years...). Not only that, Mark contacted me later that evening with some suggested links and software downloads to get a bit more life out of the ol' machine. True gentleman that I felt comfortable inviting into my family home. Cannot recommend Mark enough.
