The work was amazing, I needed something really fast because my yard looked out of control and I haven’t had the chance to do it for a couple of months. They came immediately to give me a quote, did the work quickly and my yard now looks spotless. Will contact them again for more work

I hired Sergio to provide landscaping service twice a month. Unfortunately, the very first visit was enough for me to decide not to continue using his services. He arrived about an hour late for our scheduled appointment. Before he started, I walked the entire property with him and clearly explained what I expected: trim the bushes in the backyard, trim around the inside of the property and gates, pull weeds, clean up the yard, and make the property look well maintained. I also showed him the front area outside the gate and asked him to remove the weeds and clean it up. Before I left, we also discussed returning on Tuesday to complete additional work, and he agreed. I was away from my home for about an hour. When I returned, he had already left. The backyard brush he had cut was still piled on the ground, leaves had been stuffed into my two small trash cans, and the property looked unfinished. When I texted him to ask if he was coming back to finish the job, he said the two trash cans were full. I pointed out that there were six other trash cans on the property that he could have used. His explanation afterward was that he had to pay his worker and couldn’t stay any longer. That’s not something that should become the customer’s problem. I hired him to complete the work, and on the very first visit he left the job unfinished and the property looking worse than when he started. This experience demonstrated a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and an overall level of workmanship that fell well below my expectations. Sergio seems inexperienced when it comes to customer service and following through on commitments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services.
