- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular price for local jobs is $295.00 for three(3) hours.(local is within 10 miles) Regular price for weddings (local) is three hours for $495.00 Regular price for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs is three hours for $695.00 Most important factor in pricing is location and the type of event...above are minimum prices...extra for travel and special events..., number of speakers, lighting, dance props, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, occasionally talk to other d.j.'s about music and just purchased some LED lighting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After the service my brother and I did a dance at a church and said we can do this. Our first job was a "disco" party at the student union at Fresno State University....we drove all the way there from Riverside!...The year was 1970.
