- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is standardized by target pest, area to be treated, type of product used and frequency of treatment and then they are in ranges to account for other variables unique to your situation. Of course, singing a service agreement for monthly, bimonthly or quarterly care offers many benefits from prevention to free or reduced cost additional services. For instance, if we are already treating your house for ants and spiders on a maintenance agreement, when issues like exterior rodents, or landscape pests arrive, we are able to offer reduced rates. Rodents inside the house we can take care of free of charge in most cases. We also offer free annual termite inspections to our current customers to keep your home and family safe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical customer. Pestmaster Services prefers to send a licensed technician to your property to learn your unique needs at no cost to you. This is not some sales person that you will never see again as your technician takes over, but a professional who will offer you a quote and be prepared to treat the same day where applicable if you decide to continue. We never pressure, only educate and offer to treat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State licensed Pest Control employee most maintains their licenses with 6.6 hours of continuing education each year. Pestmaster Services of Northern San Diego requires no less then 50 hours each year of continuing education. We are always looking at new trends and technology and comparing them to the current standards of care.
