Jeremiah charged me 50% down $389 back in September. He then claimed he was unavailable due to a deployment to Japan. We agreed that we would keep in touch and get the work complete when he returned a month later. When he returned he did not call or return emails until I asked for a refund. We agreed to another weekend to complete work and once again ignored calls and emails. He did eventually issue a refund after I filed a complaint with Thumbtack and his account was frozen, but I did not receive a service we agreed upon, and had to get another entity to complete the work much later than anticipated.

We had a leak coming into our home causing water damage. Hired an "expert" to find the source. He could not do it. Jeremiah found the issue. Came out on short notice as well. He is the best of the best. Tipped him 30%.
