For anyone reading this review, it's important to note that this was a construction project NOT for a cleaning service. The deposit provided by the client was used to purchase materials required for the job, not for labor. After the materials were ordered, the client decided not to move forward with the project. Unfortunately, the materials were custom/non-refundable, which prevented us from recovering those costs. We made multiple good-faith attempts to find a fair resolution and offered several options to address the situation. Despite our efforts, reaching a mutually agreeable solution proved difficult. We always strive to be transparent, professional, and fair with every client, and we stand by the way this matter was handled.
