Leonardo was hired to trim two palm trees of seed pods and take down some fronds, clean up the top trunks. He came early as requested by me at 7 am due to our leaving on vacation that day. He cut down the pods and the fronds, but initially on the first tree left it messy with some frond bases and "hair" (palm fibers), which I then asked him to go back up and clean up, which he did, although he didn't seem pleased. He then trimmed the other tree, cleaned up completely. His work is 5 star, but to me it was kind of a 4.5 given I had to ask him to clean up that one tree better. I paid him a little extra on top of the price given the job was very good. I would use him again.

Leonardo got back to us the same day and was able to do a full clean-up of our front yard. He trimmed hedges, weeded, and fixed our pergola. I would definitely work with Leonardo again.
