Markshane was prompt in replying to my enquiry through thumbtack and flexible in seeing me on my schedule very early in the morning. When we met he was engaging, empathetic, understanding and walked me through his story, his passion and how he thought he could help me. Needless to say I am now a customer and very impressed by not just the fitness solution he is offering, but also the support, holding me accountable and the ancillary services (nutrition and massage) available. I asked Lauren to help me with my nutrition to gain weight. She was awesome! She created a meal plan custom for me, gave me an hour long consultation to start, and always checked in every week to see how I was doing. I had the privilege to work with Lisa Michele and give her program my highest recommendation! The 90-day program put together by Lisa exceeded all my expectations! Jeff helped me a great deal getting past a weight loss hurdle. I had lost a lot of weight in the past (90 lbs.) but could not break the 180 lb. barrier. I stayed at 180-185 for a year and a half. Thanks to Jeff's help I am now 167 lbs. He helped me with nutritional advice where we used the Vitamix blender which made it simple and healthy and easy to make great meals and smoothies. Now I have one once a day. With his help he taught me how to shop and buy food and prepare meals that are healthy and not processed. Jeff showed me how to get a full workout right in my own home using simple free weights and exercises to do at home. He helped me to log my workouts and meals on a daily basis. I find that Leon is extremely thorough when it comes to my diet, workout plan and over all every day activities in aims to hit my goals! My favorite part about the plan was the personal weekly checkups. I found that I kept hustling and grinding just so I had something good to tell him! And you know, it's ALL WORKING! As a vegetarian (working toward a vegan) and eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains and other healthy foods, and exercising, I was surprised when I began feeling poorly. I was miserable, suffering from bloating, headaches, and overall just feeling awful. My regular doctor was no help, nor was the GI specialist he sent me to--both just wanted to prescribe drugs. This was a great program! Nick does a great job creating a program that is specific to each person. He uses foods that you already eat to create a great nutrition and exercise program. This is not a diet! Its a guide of meeting nutritional macros to hit your daily protein, carbohydrate, fat & fiber allotments. When I started his programming i was 215 lb with 17.86% body fat. At the end I hit my goal and dropped to 192 lb with 9% body fat. Nick knows what he is doing! Follow his programming and you will hit you goals no problem. Best part is this nutrition programming is sustainable too, if you keep yourself on his plan you can hit and maintain your goals long after your program ends. 100% satisfied customer here.
