Jeff responded to our request very quickly within couple of hours and within a short period of time we had our design pakage. He exactly knew that we had a weight bearing wall and how we could remove it. He designed our project in a way that our house has become more secured and more earthquake proof. Jeff came up with a detailed plan to fix our attic storage, taking into consideration the fact we already had insulation and drywall in our garage ceiling. He provided a detailed plan to reinforce our roof rafters and ceiling joists, while bringing it up to code. Jeff also answered my numerous questions post the design phase.

Jeff was awesome! We had a lot of questions about our house and he was really great about talking through the options and possible fixes.
