- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation, where we inspect the property and assess the damage. Following that, we provide a detailed inspection report and an estimate. Once the insurance is involved, we help facilitate communication to determine coverage. After approval, we schedule and begin the restoration work, ensuring clear communication and progress updates throughout the project.

Our team is IICRC-certified, ensuring we meet industry standards in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. Additionally, licensed general contractors who can help you repair your home.
