Todd was awesome. He lives up to his other good reviews. When I first posted my request for the installation of my blinds, he was immediate in his response. He came out within 3 days. I had to wait till my order came in so it was no delay on his part. He came out on Memorial Day, Monday, holiday and put up 10 blinds in a short period. I also had a previous blind I installed that was too long that he shortened and fit for me to the window. I am taking my RV to him to repair the day/night shades where the strings that raise and lower the blinds haven't worked for a couple of years. I have been deliberating on what to do and after talking to Todd, am confident that my solution has been found. I wouldn't hesitate in calling him for any blind/shade needs. I would estimate he completed the job in less than 2 hours for 10 blinds and one that I had him repair.

Todd Ashley contacted me on text, which seems to be the only way he communicates with customers as he refused to call me. He promised appt one week, which fell through. He then contacted me from Vegas to say he would text on Monday but never did. Next contact was two days later when he arranged to be here at 2 pm. Never showed up, never called or texted, no contact. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
