- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am only an overnight sitter for clients on extended trips. Average length of times are 3-21 days . Overnights are usually 6:30pm-9:30am *$65 per overnight for up to 2 pets, each additional pet add $5. *Holiday Rates: add $5 per overnight *$20 for mid day visits Horses, exotics, small mammals, reptiles, birds have different prices and will be quoted after we discuss what is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always set up a time to meet before hand. This is where we go over routines, have the pets get to know me, gather vet information, medications or physical limitations, activities we can do, how I update you during the day with photos and text or email messages, fees and keys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my years of sitting, I have years of experience as an Event Organizer and Exec Personal Assistant- so I am professional, organized, responsible and always keep your home tidy and clean, often better than when you left.
