FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give the best price we can for the value of the services we provide. We do not give prices with the mind set of bearing other people’s prices. Our cost is our cost. That said, we are open to working with clients on their budgets and what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- 1st phone meeting to discuss what the scope of the project is. In this meeting we will ask for photos and plans if available be sent to us for review. - 2nd we will give a verbal rough cost estimate to ensure it is within the client’s budget. This will be efficient for the client’s time as well as ours. If the client is comfortable with the rough estimate we move to the next step. - 3rd we set a onsite meeting to go deeper into project logistics etc. After the meeting a formal estimate will be supplied to the client for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My uncle is a GC in Brisbane, Ca (Marc K. Salmon Construction). I have been around building my whole life. When I was 11 I moved to my aunts horse ranch where I learned many skills. While living there I helped build a two car garage with a apartment on top. When I was 21 I moved back to Brisbane and went to work for my uncle. I later took another job, and a hand full of others after. In 2008 I got my license and started Cutler Construction. Recently, about 5 years ago, we started focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodels. And so Kitchen King was born.
