Had a refrigerator with a bottom freezer go out. Contacted Jeff who was able to fit me in for a same day evaluation. He arrived on time actually 10 minutes early and went right to work with the evaluation. He mentioned that my main controller on the back and the front door needed replacing. He was able to locate the back control board but the front was no longer available anywhere. Jeff said it would not work without the front controller as it programs the back board. I ordered the back board after he left and when it arrived I had another company install it. It however did not power on my refrigerator, turns out that technician said the same thing about the front controller a d he was unable to find the part. I should have listened to Jeff but being an unbeliever I thought I knew better than the professional. What’s worse is that Jeff felt bad for not being able to help me with the refrigerator due to the part that he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. I have a failing dishwasher and I will be contacting Jeff for the repair only this time I will listen to the professional.

Jeff showed up as scheduled. Performed quick diagnostic and began repairs. He had to reschedule the repairs for lack of part. He is also quick with repairs seems to know what he is doing.

Jeff did a great job! My refrigerator stopped running around 7pm one evening, and I had just filled it with food because of the Covid-19 virus. I was concerned that all of my food would go bad. I contacted Jeff that evening, and he immediately emailed me back. We then spoke and were in agreement on the diagnosis. I needed a new control board, and Jeff was able to locate one and was out first thing the next morning to fix it. By 11am the next morning my fridge was up and running and all of the food managed to stay and not spoil. Jeff understood the urgency of the situation and stepped up to the plate and fixed it. I would highly recommend him for appliance repairs and will definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will always void the Diagnosis fee or trip charge of 75$ when the customer agrees to repair the unit. This means a appliance repair can have certain expensive parts brake causing the repair to be uneconomical. Also if customer has a problem with home system causing the appliance to not function properly leaking valve, clogged drain, weak or busted circuit breaker. I will ask for diagnosis fee of 75$ and if im not able to clean or simple procedures to repair home system appliance is connected to then I will suggest the properly trained type of labor needed.

Sears certification of basic electronics/ 608 EPA type 3 universal certification for sealed systems.
