Jeff showed up as scheduled. Performed quick diagnostic and began repairs. He had to reschedule the repairs for lack of part. He is also quick with repairs seems to know what he is doing.

Had a refrigerator with a bottom freezer go out. Contacted Jeff who was able to fit me in for a same day evaluation. He arrived on time actually 10 minutes early and went right to work with the evaluation. He mentioned that my main controller on the back and the front door needed replacing. He was able to locate the back control board but the front was no longer available anywhere. Jeff said it would not work without the front controller as it programs the back board. I ordered the back board after he left and when it arrived I had another company install it. It however did not power on my refrigerator, turns out that technician said the same thing about the front controller a d he was unable to find the part. I should have listened to Jeff but being an unbeliever I thought I knew better than the professional. What’s worse is that Jeff felt bad for not being able to help me with the refrigerator due to the part that he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. I have a failing dishwasher and I will be contacting Jeff for the repair only this time I will listen to the professional.
