Introduction: Owner Jeff Kehr has been around personal computers since the tender age of 7, when he received his first computer, the Atari 400. Since then, Jeff has owned and learned almost every single personal computer to hit the market, from Commodore to Atari to IBM. Jeff takes his business personally, and will often work late on a project to meet a client deadline. You can count on Digital Realms to get the job done right and on time! We enjoy working with a very eclectic group of clients from all sorts of different professional fields, on a daily basis. I have used Jeff Kehr's Digital Realms Computer Services for over 10 years now. Whenever I have a computer issue, Jeff responds immediately and makes a "house call." He is always on time. As I am not very computer literate, I rely heavily on Jeff's experience and service. I am always able to get an appointment quickly. Jeff is incredibly proficient, knowledable, and professional and gets me back 'online' asap. His work ethic is impeccable. He is courteous, fun, and wonderful to work with and always brings a positive, highly enthusiastic attitude. Jeff is also unbelievably kind and patient with all of my questions, and lack of computer knowledge. He has helped me in so many ways to get projects up and running. Not only has he been my computer's saviour for over a decade, but he has become a very trusted and valued friend as well. Seriously, I don't know what I would do without him these days. I cannot recommend Jeff Kehr highly enough!

As a small business owner, it is imperative that our tech systems are fully operational at all times. With Digital Realms proactive process and pretty much 24/7 service we have very little to worry about. We don't have time to make sure our networks, computers and printers are doing what they are supposed to be doing. With Digital Realms we have very little worry. If something does occur, which is inevitable with even the simplest of IT systems, Digital Realms is immediately responsive AND has made it possible for us to keep production going with built in work arounds and back up contingencies. Jeff saved me from the blue screen of death !! He has helped keep me in business these last 10 years. I can concentrate on my Cad drawings and he keeps my computer running great.

Jeff takes care of all my computer needs. He knows my computers and network is essential to my business and is always there asap when I have an emergency. He is a life saver. Been with him for a good number of years and I always depend on him to fix things and get me new equipment when I need it.

The last job carried out for me by DRCS was based on cleaning out several "Files or systems" on my computer following a warning by Norton which presented a possible danger to my email operatio. In my opinion, the clean up procedure executed by DRCS was excellent, imaginative, and rapid. In conversations with other of its competing companies, I do not think that they had ability to resolve my problem as rapidly, and cleanly. I have been using his services for several years, after trying other locals, and can unequivocally place DRCS in the "Numero Uno" slot above all others. in the "Numero UNO

    Getting into this profession was all I ever wanted to do as a kid. I studied hard, got the grades, and decided to go out on my own in 1993.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Most common jobs are new PC setups, custom PC builds, wireless network setup, virus protection/removal and hardware upgrades.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The main thing a customer needs to look for when shopping for a computer repair or IT support person is the level of trust and compatibility of personalities with the client.
