Hicks Landscaping did a good job. Reason I wasn't able to give Hicks a 5-Star rating is because he wasn't prepared with the necessary tools needed. He had to borrow my Hedge trimmer as his trimmer would stop and go working. Too, he had a tool which needed electrical connection. The client (myself) should not need to provide electricity for his tool(s). Next time I'll ask that he be prepared with necessary tools.
