Working with Hassle Free Movers was absolutely hassle free! We had a short range, full 3br/2ba short distance move (10mi) and they handled our packing and moving seamlessly. We handled our glass out of paranoia, but seeing them work next time will trust them with the fragile stuff too! They were right on the money with their quoted time, had a worker cancel that morning and immediately had a replacement come within an hour or so, and didn't gripe or complain when we had a very difficult unload location up a hill and two flights of stairs. Imagined all kinds of horror stories from bad movers, but these guys were right on the money!

We had to move our home in less than a week's time + pickup a piano at another location. Melanie reached out to discuss our needs, the inventory to be moved, and all things we need to consider and plan for with moving. She really set us all up for success!
Cameron, our lead for the day, was able to communicate with us and his team to ensure everything was completed swiftly and efficiently. They took the utmost care of our things. They disassembled the heavy furniture and reassembled at our new home, no issue. Listening to them communicate during the move was impressive.
They are highly skilled and take pride in their workmanship. Cameron kept us up to date with how we were on time and kept one of the most chaotic things in life as stress-free as possible.
A week later we needed to have the last of our stuff moved, along with our piano, a baby grand player. It is a beast of an instrument. Rob, the owner, handled the move with his team. I can see why our first team worked so well together, while I was able to witness Rob do the same. He definitely leads by example.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a little higher, because we are Licensed by the state of California, and Fully insured. We carry General Liability, Cargo, Workers Comp, and Automobile Insurance. We do offer the following discounts, Senior, Military, First time Use, as well as a Cash Payment Discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a large project, we will typically reach out and ask to schedule a FREE in person, or video estimate. This is to protect you. We legally must provide you with NOT TO EXCEED estimate, once we complete a binding estimate. This way we can't hit you with extra fees at the end of the job without your knowledge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 years of combined experience in the Household Goods Moving industry. Our CEO personally did moving for 25 years, and had individually trained each of our employees himself. Your belongings will be in the best possible hands!
