There is nothing like Leidias cooking. You can tell everything is homemade and made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Every Middle Eastern dish she touches tastes incredible, and I find myself constantly wanting more. Her recipes are hands-down amazing and have taught me so much about authentic flavors.
