Chris made a special effort on our part to basically make a needed assessment of the overall structural integrity on my house. He dug in, and made a fully documented review with clear pictures of the state of things. He had no qualms about going into the grubby, generally unpleasant crawlspace, and gave me a clear idea of what his findings were. If you're in need of a full home inspection, Chris is your pick. Very well done!
