I recently had AZ Plumbing Solutions come out to fix a broken single handle shower valve, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Problem: My shower handle had completely broken and was spinning, and even when I tried to manually turn the stem, I couldn't get proper water temperature control or water flow control. It was clear the cartridge inside needed replacement. And the water was dripping out of the shower head. The Service: The AZ plumber arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and immediately diagnosed the issue. He explained that the cartridge had worn out, which was causing both the handle failure and the temperature control problems and the on/off failure. What impressed me most was how he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and explained the repair process in terms I could understand. He even showed me the worn out failed part. Professional Excellence: The plumber came prepared with all the necessary tools and even went to the plumbing hardware store to buy the new handle and the replacement cartridge. He worked efficiently and cleanly, laying down protective materials and cleaning up completely when finished. The repair took about 1.5 hrs, and he tested the handle multiple times to ensure proper hot/cold mixing and smooth operation and no leaking shower head. Truly Professional service at a reasonable price.
