So, I normally don’t book cleaning services due to prior experience; however, Pamela was beyond amazing. The house is spotless. She even stayed over the time but didn’t charge past her estimate. Pamela was extremely friendly and completed the entire list I had given to her.
One thing I really liked is that she made time for a last minute clean. This was a surprise gift to my wife for Valentine’s Day and she made it happen for her.
I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Pamela had been fantastic! She is prompt and super friendly. Her cleaning style is very thorough and thoughtful with lots if small touches that really make a difference. She is the best house keeper we’ve ever worked with.

I evaluate your home, needs and expectations during my initial introductory visit. From we pricing and a schedule for me to continue cleaning your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During my introductory offer we review a prioritized to do list that you create prior to me arriving. So you can get a great value on the first visit while evaluating my speed and quality of work. And we can establish a schedule and to do list so I can work independently going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in condos and large vacation homes in Tahoe for years turning them over on a tight time frame for new renters and owners. I usually worked solo on the the largest homes due to my fast and thorough housekeeping skills.
