- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job, not by the hour. Pricing depends on the size of the home, type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-out), and condition. My minimum booking is $130, and I’m always clear about the final cost before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a few quick questions about the home and what type of cleaning is needed, then give an estimate. On the scheduled day I arrive on time, bring my own supplies, and make sure the home is left fresh and organized
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained in professional cleaning techniques and learned how to use products safely and effectively. I also keep improving my skills to stay up to date with best practices.
