Introduction
I’ve been in the Fitness industry for 6+ years and a Personal Trainer for 3+ years. My main focus as a trainer is to help people reach their fitness, health and nutrition goals and needs. If you have no experience, I can help by giving you an assessment to see where you are and what you need to move forward to reach your goals by starting with building a foundation. If you do have experience, we can take what you already know and build off of that knowledge and use to lead into new challenges and goals. Certified by PTA Global and NCSF respectively, my training skills and knowledge include, General Fitness, Weight Training, Functional Movement, Kettlebell Training, TRX Training, Sport/Athlete Training, H.I.I.T. Training, Boxing Fundamentals for Fitness and Powerlifiting. I can also help with Nutrition guidance to help put you on the right path towards a healthy life. My goal is to make sure you reach your goals, help you reach your full potential, put you on the path to a long healthy life.
