Shenelle was amazing as a personal trainer! I used to be active duty Army but got a little lazy after the birth of my son and needed to get back in shape for re-entering the military, and Shenelle was the perfect blend of motivation and hard work that I needed! Now I’m preparing for Officer Candidate School and tried to train with her again. Unfortunately, she moved 😩 Otherwise I would still be training with her 100%! Highly recommend!

My experience with Shenelle has been great. She is very detailed in her work. I always know exactly what I am doing the day of the training and it has been and educational experience. I feel like I can go to a gym and even workout on my own. She explains everything really well. I highly recommend working with Shenelle!
