I serve my clients off-site (in homes/offices/at parks, etc). It's important when I work with my clients they feel comfortable while I retain authenticity; this includes teaching from a Christian perspective. I teach Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. I lead exercises that ignite all of the chakras. I can also teach meditations only, depending what a person wants in his/her life.
