Arrived on time, beautiful work and always willing to work with budget! Gave great suggestions as well. Our students thought the decorations were absolutely gorgeous and I agree! Would love to hire for another event again.

The service was fantastic and the balloon arrangements came out just as I had imagined them if not better. I would completely use them again as they were great working with and did a great job and in a timely manner.

I have used Frances for many years to bring fantastic ballon creations to my events. Her creativity and eye for detail will make any party or event a hit for all who come. Just tell her your colors and theme and she will do the rest. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my party planning needs and great balloon decorations! Thanks Frances for never letting me down.
