I met Shaun Ellsworth via the International Coach Federation (ICF) website. I was looking for a personal coach to help me accomplish important tasks that I was struggling with. I chose Shaun over all the ICF coaches I was matched with because his personal info/bio resonated with me. I was responsible to others for the completion of several projects. The largest project was the renovation, rent-up and sale of an apartment building so as to maximize return to the owners. Although I have experience in this area, I was not getting the job done; I needed to delegate, hire others and trust them to do their job. Shaun helped me look at my outdated beliefs that I was holding on to that were holding me back. Additionally, the process of setting periodic objectives and goals and then being accountable to Shaun was a powerful tool that helped me get results.
