Joe started out good but is as slick as a car salesman. Did some masonry work, landscaping and some electrical. He begged me for more work and I gave it to him just so he could turn around and make mistakes and not correct them. He laid new sod in my backyard and forgot to uncover the sprinkler heads so half of my lawn died. He has refused to come back and replace it. He also apparently has dumped broken concrete into my neighbors lawn when he charged me for "haul away" in his price. Who does that? I would use him again even if he was the last contractor on earth.
