FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does vary but I try and foresee what the customer is NOT telling me through their requests. I do give a pretty close estimate to what I say through my quotes, unless there is substantial amount of information not listed in the request. I give free in home estimates within reasonable distance; and always am able to give you a reasonable quote over the phone with details. I will charge a $75 fee if the customer asks for turbocad drawings of any job layout or build and will credit that fee to the overall cost of the job if hired. I always will discount the price if customers Hire me immediately through thumbtack, As well as Military and Law Enforcement discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process would be an initial message through thumbtack, text, call or email to verify both parties and introductions. Then either details are given through those lines of communication and a price is discussed or a walk through is set up at a reasonable time for both parties and further is discussed.
