- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Minera Home Improvements, we price projects fairly and transparently. Each estimate includes all labor and materials so there are no hidden fees. Jobs are kept under $1,000 total, per California law for unlicensed handyman work that doesn’t require a permit. We offer bundle discounts when multiple small repairs can be completed in a single visit, saving you both time and money. We also don't believe in the practice of Change Orders--if we quote you a range estimate, we guarantee to not go over the estimated price EVER!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short call or messages to understand what needs to be done and confirm that the job qualifies as a minor repair (under $1,000 and no permit required). Next, we provide a written quote detailing labor, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time, complete the work neatly and efficiently, and ensure you’re fully satisfied before payment. Every step is clear and communication stays open from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from over a decade of hands-on residential maintenance and home repair throughout the Inland Empire. That includes practical training in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door and gate installation, caulking, weatherproofing, and general home upkeep. Each project builds on real field experience, not classroom theory, so every repair is done the right way the first time.
