- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never hide fees. Everything is priced at a flat rate and is all-inclusive of labor and materials. We use premium paints & finishes and high-end application tools that often exceed industry standards and our competition at no extra cost to our customers. While many companies charge more for these upgrades, we believe that exceptional quality and long-lasting results should come standard, not as an add-on. It’s part of our commitment to doing the job right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Quick Response Whether you reach out through our website, text, email, or a platform like Yelp, we respond quickly—often the same day. We’ll gather some basic information about your project and schedule a free estimate. 2. On-Site or Virtual Estimate We’ll visit your property (or schedule a virtual consult if preferred) to walk the space, take measurements, discuss goals, colors, and finishes, and answer any questions. You’ll receive a detailed, transparent estimate within 24 hours. 3. Scheduling & Deposit Once approved, we lock in your project with a 10% deposit and set a start date. We stay in touch leading up to the job, so you always know what to expect.

At Paint Pals, our experience is backed by years of hands-on training in painting, cabinet refinishing, and residential construction. We've spent countless hours mastering the craft; from surface prep and finish techniques to using high-end sprayers, coatings, and application systems.
