Introduction: I don't charge extra for pools/spas, and I don't charge for being present at the final walk-through if my calendar allows me to. I always make myself available to the client as long as they live in the home I inspected at no additional charge. The most I like about my job is seeing my clients with their families at the inspection. Measuring windows for blinds, measuring for furniture, and the kids picking their bedrooms. Noticing that during my inspections reminds me of how my duty is to make sure the home is safe for that family.

I am a first time home buyer so this my first time having an inspection done on a home. I was referred to Rapid Home Inspections by my broker but even after shopping around a bit, I found that the prices from this company were most competitive. From the start, Gabriel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. Gabriel quickly came out on a Saturday and spent a few hours to conduct the inspection and explain every detail. I received my electronic report the same day and Gabriel was kind enough to meet with me the next day(Sunday) again to provide hard copy documents and spend more time reviewing the details. Overall, I think the level of service, detail, and willingness to be available for assistance throughout the purchase process and after, made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend Rapid Home Inspections to others.

Gabriel and his wife did a great job on the Inspection Report. The report was very detailed with pictures and descriptions. They were available on a Sunday which is perfect because my husband is only available on Sundays and he wanted to be there. They arrived on time and were very friendly and even after the report was completed Gabriel made himself available to answer questions. Definitely recommend Gabriel for home inspections!

Truly amazing service for the price. I called Gabriel with a short escrow deadline. He met me next day, performed an extensive analysis on the property and had my 30 pg. report by Tuesday! His detailed analysis helped me to negotiate the fixing of the important safety issues and got us in our home in a timely manner! Highly recommended for honest and integrity as well!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), I am required to complete 26 hours of continuing education each year. In May of 2015 I received the Education Excellence award for completing 58 hours of continuing education. I'm still going. Last year I completed 78 hours of continuing education. I want to continue to learn to better serve my client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hire an inspector because of his price. Look for customer service and education. You get 5 quotes, call and interview all of them. Remember, a home is the second most important investment next to your marriage. Would you just settle for your mate? Don't just settle for any inspector, hire the right inspector.
