My mother and I recently came back from a trip to Maui, Hawaii that Beatriss helped us plan for my 23rd birthday. Let me tell you that this was THE BEST birthday I have ever had!!! Beatriss went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was carefully thought out and special; from the fight, to the location, the amazingly beautiful resort, and all of the tours! She coordinated every aspect of our travel so that it was seamless. Even when one of our connecting flights was delayed, I called her and she was already working things out to change our flight and get us there sooner. Once we arrived at the airport, Beatriss arranged for us to be greeted with beautiful fresh flower leis. Beatriss booked us VIP seats to an amazing luau show, then even went ahead and planned for the performers to personally shout me out for my birthday! I didn't even know she did that but I was the only one that got a personal shout out and I felt so special. My mom and I honestly felt like celebrities working with Beatriss because all we had to do was call her and she would answer all of our questions promptly and make sure that everything we wanted was possible. She added a personal touch to everything she did and instantly made us feel so comfortable. She felt like family and allowed us to call her at any time, as if we had known each other for years! I'm almost in tears writing about her because I have never planned my own trip before and I was stressing over it for months. We found Beatriss and instantly everything that I wanted for my vacation was happening right before my eyes! She is so well versed in the travel business and we felt like we could trust her opinion. She is just a natural! I have her number saved in my phone and I will most definitely be calling her for all my vacation needs. My mom gives her number to anyone she finds who needs a vacation. She is so knowledgeable, humble, and kind and I thank God for her! My mom and I can sincerely vouch that once you put Beatriss in your travel plans you will DEFINITELY have an outstanding and awesome adventure! Thank you Beatriss!!!
