What a wonderful experience I got from my "balloon lady", Joy. She started out sending me pictures to help me get an idea of what I wanted. I loved the balloon bouquets. We decided on a color scheme, black, sliver and my husbands favorite red. Joy then met me at the venue to get the feel of the place - number of dining tables, hi-tops, cake and gift table. She setup before the party. When I got there it looked magical. And, she did all this while staying within my budget.
The balloons were weighted, so the photographer moved them around to create the perfect photo ops. Later in the evening, the photographer moved them all outside to create the most gorgeous step-and-repeat ever for taking guests photos. It put Hollywood to shame.

Joy and her team were wonderful. They did a very good job decorating our venue. The balloon arch and the balloon columns were the height of the party. We took so many pictures against them and they turned out great. Joy had a limited time to decorate the room and in spite of the short amount of time the work was flawless. And the price was very good too. I had looked around for a balloon artist and I made the right choice by hiring Joy and her team. I definitely recommend her and would definitely hire her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing on most items. However most people like to add their own spin and style to their decor and that can add to the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply talking and asking questions. Most clients seem to have somewhat of an idea that they are looking for but don't know how to implement it. Asking questions gets you the information you need to bring their vision to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken training classes as well as on the job training. Learning by trial and error seems to be the most valuable experience.
