"Mixing in martial arts, boxing, and circuit training, the time I spend there flies by, and no two workouts are the same. The best part of it all, is that they really LISTEN to you. They cater to how your feeling while pushing you (gently) to be your best. No yelling "one more set", or "push through the pain". They pay attention to what your body is doing, often asking how you're feeling, and they don't do anything to put your health or body in jeopardy. As someone who is middle aged and doesn't heal as fast as he used to, this is vital to me. Knowing I'm in a safe environment with people looking out for me while I'm there, and for the long term is very reassuring. Combine this with nutrition and meal guidance, and you have a trainer who really cares about his clients."
