- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a motivational speaker my fee consists of both my speaking fee and (if applicable) travel expenses. PUBLIC SPEAKING COACHING: As a public speaking coach my fee is per hour. I do offer "bulk buy"discounts (and we can discuss the details if that interests you). Whichever you choose, I believe that you will receive tremendous value from our time together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FOR MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING CLIENTS: After we make contact then we'll schedule a time to speak over the phone (email works great too!) about your event. Either myself or my team will ask you for the details including topic(s), length of the program, location, specific needs etc. Once we have a clear picture of what you want, we'll give your a proposal for your consideration. If that meets your approval we'll forward an agreement for your review and signature. Finally we request a deposit at the time of booking to reserve the date. My calendar is quite full, so it's important to lock in the date as soon as you can so ensure my availability. FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING COACHING CLIENTS: During our first session together I'll gather some basic information from you about your desired outcomes for our time together. We'll discuss that in greater detail in our first time together. And then we'll come up with a schedule that works for the two of us, to help you get to where you want to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a motivational speaker my entire work and life experience is education and training for what I do!
