I was seeking help with an antenna installation. Henry sent his employee Edgar to do the job. Edgar put up the antenna using the material I provided and that went fine. In the process Edgar stepped on a patch job in the attic crawlspace and put a hole in the office ceiling. It had been damaged before and I probably would have accepted it if he said it was already damaged and he's not responsible, but he promised to fix it and he set a date. He didn't show up and stopped responding to me until I texted Henry. Edgar still didn't set a new time, but later Henry did. Henry didn't show up, but said he would be here the next day and again, didn't show up. I had a small list of things I wanted done and at this point I've taken care of them myself. I just feel stupid for trying to hire help now. If my jobs are not profitable enough or you aren't willing to clean up a mess from the first job, say so. Setting appointments just to blow me off and ghost me is as unprofessional as it gets.
