Great cleaning team, but coordination needs improvement.
We booked a deep move-out cleaning, junk removal, and a few paid extras. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. Here’s why:
WHAT COULD’VE BEEN BETTER:
* Poor scheduling and communication: The cleaners were scheduled from 9:15 AM to around 3 PM, but the junk removal guy didn’t arrive until 3 PM! We were given changing ETAs throughout the day, which was frustrating since the junk was blocking areas that needed cleaning. Juan, the owner, eventually came to help clear everything, with my husband’s assistance, but the rooms weren’t fully accessible until around 2:15 PM.
* Paid extras felt rushed and incomplete: By the time the junk was cleared, the cleaning crew was already wrapping up, which I believe affected the quality of their work. The garage, patio, and shed were all paid extras, but received nowhere near the same attention as the rest of the house. The garage was mostly vacuumed, and the washer and dryer were wiped externally. I ended up cleaning the utility sink and desk, sweeping the garage floors again, and removing cobwebs myself. The shed and patio also felt rushed, and my husband had to remind the team that these areas were included in our paid services.
* Some missed details: Baseboards, cabinet bottoms, and corners needed more attention, although the team was receptive when asked to revisit areas.
* Additional costs to be aware of: Exterior window cleaning costs extra and isn’t included in the deep move-out cleaning. Adding yard greenery to the junk haul was also a separate $170 charge. Worth clarifying exactly what’s included before booking!
WHAT I APPRECIATED:
* Jefferson and Angelica were fantastic! Friendly, hardworking, and thorough with about 95% of the house.
* Jefferson was incredibly accommodating. When I pointed out missed areas, he happily went back and cleaned them with a smile.
* I appreciated Juan personally stepping in to help when the junk removal was running late.
* Juan honored our original $350 junk removal quote even though he felt the amount of junk warranted a higher price.
* The junk removal guy accidentally damaged our fence with his truck while leaving, but returned the next day to repair it and clean tire marks off our driveway. Really appreciated the accountability!

I really appreciated Jefferson and Angelica’s hard work and positive attitudes, Juan stepping in to help, and the team’s willingness to correct issues. I believe much of the rushed cleaning came down to the junk removal delay rather than a lack of effort from the cleaners.
Good people who genuinely tried to make things right, and a mostly clean house. However, for the price we paid, I expected better coordination and more consistent attention to detail, especially for the additional services. With those improvements, this could’ve been a 5-star experience.
