It was very nice working with Mike. He was always on time and if he was running late he would give you a call. He helped us to put in a spa and he kept our yard clean as if it were his own. He did a great job, just as he said he would when he gave me his bid, which was a very fair price.

Mike and his crew were easy to work with. They handled a few changes and dealt with any issues quickly. The quality of the work was great. Pavers looks nice! He does get busy so it might take a day for him to get back to you. Be patient and he'll take care you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $1000 minimum and provide free estimates. I always need to see the job site and meet before giving a written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client and listen to your wants and needs. Then take measurements, notes, and get the price to you as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in construction in 1985, pumping concrete and learning everything there was to know about concrete, until 1997, when I started doing pavers. Since then, I have worked for the biggest companies in the Bay Area and have been certified thru ICPI, the International Concrete Paving Institute. I have also been certified by NMCA, for retaining wall construction.
