Kairat did an excellent job installing vinyl plank flooring in our living and dining room at a very competitive price. The work included removing carpet and matching the new flooring seamlessly with the existing hallway installation. He paid close attention to detail and even removed and reinstalled a few hallway planks to make the transition look perfect.
He also installed the quarter rounds neatly, worked carefully around heavy furniture that couldn’t be moved, and left everything clean. All debris was neatly collected and prepared for hauling.
Kairat was punctual, available, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Kairat does excellent work at a very reasonable price, and is FAR more punctual and reliable than most! He even cleaned up after without my asking. I needed to seal a doorway (drywall, insulation, paint) between two rooms and he gave me a great quote and was able to start at 10am the next day already. He is very detail oriented and does not cut corners, and works well independently. I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again for any type of handy or small construction projects! Note that we did sometimes have to use google translate or ChatGPT to ensure nothing got lost in translation, but he made sure to over-communicate because of that which more than made up for a bit of a language barrier.

I focus on quality workmanship and fair professional pricing. I do not try to be the cheapest contractor, because I believe good work should be done correctly and built to last. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project with the customer and ask questions to clearly understand the work. Photos are very helpful in the beginning. After that, I provide an estimate and explain the process. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and complete the project carefully and professionally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and home improvement. Before moving to the United States, I owned a business in Kazakhstan that specialized in doors and interior construction work. This experience helped me develop strong technical and problem-solving skills.
